Description of Service
TrackLI is a Chrome extension and web-based platform that helps LinkedIn creators discover growth signals and content insights. The Services surface publicly observable data to support content decisions. TrackLI does not automate LinkedIn actions or access user accounts.
User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Itsag LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itsag LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be resolved through the DIFC courts. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
